As part of our ongoing commitment to our guests’ safety and security, ANMON and various stakeholders has implemented a number of additional processes and precautions to minimise any viral risk.
At this time, no cases have been reported in Indonesia, though as the virus is transmitted through human contact, ANMON has taken the following proactive preventative steps:
Before you check in, our Housekeeping tribemates will be disinfecting all hand surfaces in your teepee as part of our rigorous cleaning procedures.
Additional hand sanitizer dispensers have been set up throughout the resort and we recommend guests to use them before dining and when arriving back at the resort.
Masks are available at the reception for guests who are travelling outside.
All ANMON tribemates have been reminded of best practice hygiene regarding how to minimize the risk of spreading the virus.
The main public areas of the resort has been treated with an anti-viral spray, with follow-up treatments to be scheduled.
The resort has implemented health questionnaires at check-in with a temperature check, if required.
Any guests experiencing symptoms such as fever, coughing or breathing difficulties may approach our tribemates for immediate assistance.
Please be assured that at ANMON, as always, the safety and wellbeing of our guests is our number one priority!
